It might surprise the average person in Cornwall that there are, in fact, properties on the market to buy for less than six figures. With an incredible property price boom in the county, choices in the sub-£100,000 range are slim.

Here’s what’s for sale in Cornwall for under £100,000, as of May 20, 2022. This doesn’t include holiday rental listings or condominium properties.
