ARLINGTON, VA – Real estate developer Penzance welcomed Arlington County officials to the grand opening of The Highlands, a mixed-use project in Rosslyn atop the hill on Wilson Boulevard.
The highlands, a 1.2 million square foot development, consists of three high rise residences – named Pierce, Aubrey and Evo – with views of the DC area and several amenities.
“We are proud to be here today to welcome these 890 new residences, exciting retailers, Fire Station 10 and the beautiful Rosslyn Highlands Park for our neighbors new and old,” said Victor Tolkan, Founder and Partner director of Penzance, at the ceremony on October 21.
All three towers feature a climbing wall and multi-sport simulator, a dart board, indoor jungle gym, 60ft rooftop pool with mosaic waterfall , an aquatic spa, and views of Northern Virginia, the Potomac River and the DC skyline.

Aubrey rises over 23 floors, with 331 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Pierce is a 26 story condominium with 104 residences. Evo is a 27-story apartment building with 449 units, ranging from studios to three bedrooms.
