A MAN who allowed sexual acts to be perpetrated on him in the middle of Penzance has pleaded guilty to outrage of public decency at Truro Magistrates’ Court.
Jack John Reginald Keane, 32, who is currently remanded to HMP Exeter, initially pleaded not guilty to outrage of public decency by behaving indecently while receiving sexual favors in a public place, namely Penzance on September 17 last year. But changed his guilty plea when he appeared at Truro Magistrates’ Court on July 29.
He had previously pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive, insulting language or behavior likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to Dorian Thomas on October 16, 2021 when he appeared before Truro Magistrates’ Court on March 29 of this year.
At the same time, he had also admitted to failing to comply with a public space protection order by drinking alcohol in public in Penzance on September 17, which he had been prohibited by a public space protection order. public and refusing to hand it over and drink it. to prevent his confiscation and even indictment on October 16 at Penzance.
Keane was remanded on unconditional bail until August 30 for pre-sentence reports to be prepared before sentencing.
