A blue badge holder was caught blocking a disabled access ramp on the sidewalk with his vehicle.
The incident happened on Wednesday evening (September 29) and the vehicle was said to have remained there until Thursday afternoon.
In the photo above, the vehicle can be seen blocking one of the accessible tracks on the historic Penzance Prom, with a blue badge in its window, indicating that it is owned or used to transport a disabled person.

Anthony Worthington witnessed the bizarre incident and took the photo of the vehicle.
He said: âIt was parked just below Jubilee Pool on the boardwalk on the ramp that allows people with disabilities to cross to Regent Terrace.
“This is where I cross the road with my dog ââto get home, it pissed me off more that a blue badge holder blocked access for other disabled people.”
He added: “I have heard a few comments about the driver’s recklessness, but no one has made a real fuss.”
