Cornwall Planning Applications: Week ending October 17 | Part 2


Various planning requests have been validated by Cornwall Council and associated documents can be viewed online on the Council’s Planning Portal.

You can search for planning requests, decisions, appeals and executions by keyword, request reference, postal code or by a single address line.

There were a lot of nominations, so the list was split into three separate items.

Part of them town planning requests validated week during the week starting Monday October 11 can be found below:

  • 12, rue Belgravia, Penzance TR18 2BJ: Replacement windows to the rear, replacement doors and conversion of the attic.
  • Tre-Pol-Pen, Landaviddy Lane, Polperro, Looe, Cornwall PL13 2RT: Chimney removal above roof level.
  • Parcel 1 Cornwall Business Park, East Scorrier, Cornwall: Pre-application advice for the development of a waste transfer station and material recycling facility and associated infrastructure.
  • Rose Cottage Farm, Trevellas, St Agnes, Cornwall TR5 0WX: Pre-application advice for the conversion / development of an existing and disused farm barn for residential use.
  • Highfields, Grove Hill, Mawnan Smith TR11 5ER: Ground Floor Modifications with New Ground Floor Extension and Front Porch Modifications with Tiled Roof Replacement with Natural Slate Roof (Revised drawing of the previous request withdrawn).

  • Mother Iveys Bay caravan site, Boobys Bay, Padstow PL28 8SL: planning permission with all questions reserved for the establishment of a maximum of 51 holiday lodges and associated works.
