Cornwall Planning Applications: Week ending October 10 | Part 1

Various planning applications have been validated by Cornwall Council and the associated documents can be viewed online on the Council’s website. planning portal.

You can search for planning requests, decisions, appeals and executions by keyword, request reference, postal code or by a single address line.

There were a lot of nominations, so the list was split into three separate items.

Part a town planning requests validated week during the week starting Monday October 4 can be found below:

  • Land at Mitchell, Cornwall: Condition 12 relating to decision PA18 / 02182 lifted.
  • 3 Falmouth Road, Truro TR1 2BL: Runs on trees in a conservation area
  • 13 Fore Street, Copperhouse, Hayle, Cornwall TR27 4DX: Pre-application advice for store demolition and detached house construction.
  • 10 Briar Close, St Teath, Bodmin PL30 3FB: Pre-Approval Notification for House Extension: Back kitchen extension from living room, finished to match existing property – block cavity with insulation, painted plaster white and white PVC doors and windows.
  • Trewenen Road from Pencarrow at the southwest junction of Lowertown Farm, Advent, Camelford PL32 9QH: Not significant change to PA21 / 02257 for an extension of the dwelling and new detached garage, namely, the revised design of the porch of entry and window modifications and window style change.
  • Aga House, Scorrier Road, Redruth TR16 5AA: pre-approval for demolition of the house.
  • 10 Porthmeor Road, St Austell PL25 3LX: Not significant change from Decision Notice PA21 / 06862 to remove all existing concrete tiles and replace with natural slates.
  • Pendragon House, Stoke Climsland, Callington, Cornwall PL17 8NZ: Tree work.
  • West Killigarth, 36 St Johns Terrace, Devoran TR3 6ND: Arboriculture work.
  • Land south of 24 Rose Cottages, Camborne, Cornwall TR14 8DD: Not significant change from PA19 / 08948 for change from obscured fixed glazing to first floor windows to unblocked glazing, with openings to accommodate change in ‘interior layout, with bedrooms to the rear of the property and goes to the ground floor north-east facing door and window.
  • Phase One, Block D Polgean Place, St Blazey PL24 2JL: Non-significant change from PA19 / 04813 for residential development to replace 66 residential units and six commercial units with 60 residential units and two commercial units.
  • Lower Quay Cottage, Lower Quay Road, Devoran TR3 6QB: Arboriculture work.
  • Morwenna, 2 New Park, Wadebridge PL27 7PL Notification of pre-approval for one storey extension running along side of house.
  • Melbury Chapel Porth St Agnes Cornwall TR5 0NR: Tree works.

  • 3 Tretherras Close, Newquay TR7 2RD: Non-significant modification to PA21 / 04582 to remove the converted garage and front porch and form a new side extension to the south and west elevations with a detached garage. Namely, proposed extension to the west elevation to be the new garage with shower room to the rear, and the detached building to be additional living space for the main dwelling.

  • Scadghill Farm, Kilkhampton, Bude Cornwall EX23 9HN: Prior notification for separate access to farm buildings.

  • Land adjacent to 3 Polbreen Lane, St Agnes TR5 0UN: Non-significant modification of decision PA20 / 03232 for modification of the interior layout. Namely, to have the kitchen downstairs, change the spiral staircase and enlarge the windows and doors from the bottom to the enclosed courtyard.
