Cornwall Planning Applications: Week ending June 27 | Part 2


Various planning applications have been validated by Cornwall Council and the associated documents can be viewed online on the Council’s website. planning portal.

You can search for planning requests, decisions, appeals and executions by keyword, request reference, postal code or by a single address line.

There were a lot of nominations, so the list was split into three separate items.

Part of them town planning requests validated between Monday June 21 and June 25 can be found below:

  • 11A Polwithen Road, Penryn TR10 8QT: Construction of two residential dwellings and associated works.
  • Castle Approach, Bay Harbor Lodge, Tregenna Castle, St Ives TR26 2GL: Approved design changes (ref PA20 / 04614) for the double garage to incorporate the residential studio on the first floor.
  • West Winds, Little Brea Vean, Kelynack, St Just, Penzance, Cornwall TR19 7RL: Replace the existing static caravan with a permanent timber dwelling linked to the Westwinds Canine Center (revised drawing PA20 / 00908).
  • 2 Chapel Villas Road from North Hill to junction at Tregoose, Blackwater TR4 8EQ: 5m x 5m garden shed.
  • 22 Riverside Crescent, Newquay TR7 1PJ: Three storey replacement accommodation.
  • 4A Longmeadow Road, Saltash, Cornwall PL12 6DW: Front extensions to provide a garage and enlarge the bedroom.
  • Waters Edge, Quay Road, Devoran TR3 6PW: Arboriculture work.
  • Superstore Morrisons, Plymouth Road, Liskeard, Cornwall PL14 3PB: Sheltered awning for loading delivery vans in the store’s existing service yard area.
  • Kilten Cottage Road from Wheal Sperris Villa at the junction north of Hugus Farm, Hugus, Truro TR3 6EQ: Release Conditions 3, 4, 7 and 8 re Decision Notice PA20 / 00759.
  • Land at Higher Tregonnett, Tregonnett Lane, Golberdon, Callington, Cornwall PL17 7NG: Establishment of a level site and new barnyard – livestock building three.
  • Barefoot Lodge, 28 Tregoyne, Porthtowan, Truro, Cornwall TR4 8FE: Place a four-berth touring caravan on site for approximately six months until the house is ready to move in (retrospective).
  • Land north of 6 Manor Road, Carharrack, Cornwall TR16 5SD: Development of three dwellings with non-compliance with condition 2 in relation to decision notice PA20 / 00919.

  • Old Lanefield Carn, Stithians TR3 7AW: Replacement housing and home garage (revised drawing).

  • Bell Cottage, Churchtown, St Merryn, Padstow, Cornwall PL28 8ND: Request for Certificate of Legality for a listed building related to the roof repair project using reclaimed Delabole slate and copper nails.

  • North Corner Beach, Mill Road, Coverack, Cornwall: Coastal defense facility known as the Coverack North Coast Protection Scheme with associated works.
